1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Please note:
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the warehouse source. Most orders are delivered within:
United States, Canada, UK, Australia: 7–15 business days
Europe & other countries: 10–20 business days
Remote regions: Up to 25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery efficiency, or weather-related delays.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on most products across many regions. However, in some cases:
A small shipping fee may apply based on the item weight or destination.
Final shipping costs (if any) will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
5. International Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. However:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures in your region.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal upon delivery, we may charge a reshipping fee or deduct shipping costs from your refund.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen issues (weather, customs, courier delays) can sometimes occur. We will always do our best to keep you informed and help track any delayed shipments.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an item is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Pawtalia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens:
First, check with neighbors, your local courier, or building management.
