At Pawtalia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our pet products and aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Product must be free from pet hair, odors, or signs of use.
Please note: Personalized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at pawtaliastore@gmail.com with the following:
Your full name and order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (optional but helpful).
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the address to send the item back to.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the return is rejected (due to use, damage, or ineligibility), we’ll notify you by email.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style, please:
Return the original item.
Place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
Check your bank account or payment provider.
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before a refund is posted.
